Items delivery.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Orders received before 3.30pm, will be delivered on the same day.

Orders received after 3.30pm will be delivered the next day.

Delivery overseas, subject to agreement with Happybabble, takes between 4-10 working days.

Delays beyond our control can occur during transit.

An international parcel is not considered lost until 14 working days after posting.

Please allow for such time before contacting us to report your order lost.

Orders placed over weekends and during public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

All delivery charges are currently FREE until further notice. This is subject to change at our discretion.

Orders within the UK

If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us on mail@happybabble.com with details of your order and delivery address

International Orders

We aim to deliver within 4 working days, so please allow at least 10 working days prior to contacting us.

Returning an item

Should you decide the products you purchased is not entirely suitable due to allergy or skin condition, item may be returned within 14 days from the day it was received. Please inform us by email at mail@happybabble.com prior to sending item.

Please sent all returns via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt.

We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items. We will contact you via email when your return is being processed, meanwhile if you sent it via recorded delivery please refer the carrier with the reference number they provided to you.

Refunds

Your refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. We will contact you directly for your refunds. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

If orginal method of payment is Paypal, refund will be issued back to your Paypal account less any charges charged by Paypal.
